Do I need art experience?

You do not need be an artist or have experience with the arts to benefit from art therapy. All you need is a willingness to experiment and explore. It is not about making “good art”.

Will you interpret my artwork?

You are the expert on your own artwork and creative process. The focus will be on the meaning that you find within it.

Can you do art therapy online?

Clients may choose to create artworks during online sessions. They may also create artworks in between sessions and share them during the next session.

Art therapists are master-level clinicians who integrate traditional talk therapy with the creative process of art making to improve and enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of people at all ages. Art therapists offer a safe and supportive setting aimed at facilitating growth and healing through the art process.
